Technology Park Site

The Tuscarawas Regional Technology Park covers a 187-acre area. The Tolloty Technology Center business incubator will be located at the entrance to the park, in a 48-acre LEED Certified Smart Office park area.

The remaining acreage has restrictive covenants and building review standards, but does not require the construction of LEED Certified structures.
