Technology Park Site

The Tuscarawas Regional Technology Park covers a 170-acre area. The Tolloty Technology Center business incubator will be located at the entrance to the park, located on a 34-acre tract, housing LEED Certified structures in a Smart Office Park setting.

The remaining 135 acres does have restrictive covenants and building review standards, but will not require LEED Certified structures.
